Unfortunately, we didn’t have a tool to help us distribute it evenly over time, so all the dough always seemed to disappear too quickly. Well, now we do—at least in ad campaigns—thanks to hourly budget distribution.
Simply put, hourly budget distribution is a feature that allows advertisers to spread their budget evenly over time instead of burning through it all at once. This is especially effective for pop-up campaigns, as it ensures consistent ad delivery and better performance over time.

The Benefits of Hourly Budget Distribution
1. Better campaign optimization: Hourly budget distribution is especially useful when launching RON testing, as an advertiser can analyze which hours performed best and adjust the campaign schedule accordingly.
Imagine launching a campaign for a new GEO without knowing when your audience is most active. Without this insight, the campaign could easily flop. This is where hourly budget distribution comes to the rescue! Simply run a test with an evenly spread budget, identify the most profitable hours, and, once you have the data, launch your campaign with a well-timed schedule stress-free.
2. More profit with a small budget: Hourly budget distribution comes in handy when launching a campaign for an expensive GEO.
Let’s say you launch an ad campaign for the US with a small budget. Chances are, you’ll burn through your budget in the first 15 minutes of the campaign. While you may still get conversions, they will be a fraction of what you could achieve by simply spreading your budget. With hourly budget distribution, you can run the campaign over several days (depending on your budget and timeline) and make the most out of it.
How to Set Up Hourly Budget Distribution
The feature is located in the Budget section and activates once your budget exceeds $0. If there are no time restrictions, the setting will evenly distribute your daily limit across 24 hours or according to your selected schedule.
For example, if your daily limit is $100, you’ll spend approximately $4.17each hour over the course of 24 hours.
Zone Optimization for Smarter Campaigns
We believe there’s always room to enhance efficiency. That’s why we’ve introduced new campaign zoning features to help you financially optimize campaigns by focusing on top-performing zones and eliminating underperforming ones.
Think of it as an advanced optimization of an ongoing campaign, allowing you to see each zone’s win rates and align them with your budget.
Here’s how it works:
An integrated traffic estimator shows the potential click volume for your bid in all configured zones, giving you the option to adjust or set a custom bid for specific areas. With zone optimization, you can easily spot underperforming zones and exclude them, ensuring your budget isn’t wasted.
Setting Up Zone Optimization
Step 1: Go to the Reports section and navigate to “Filters.” Select “Group by Zone” and choose a campaign, then click “Apply Filters.”
Step 2: Hover over the gear icon to set a custom bid or exclude a zone.
