It’s been a month since the AW Americas conference in Cancun, but we’re still working on what came out of it and the opportunities it opened up for the industry. And we’re eager to share some of them with you. First, it’s worth mentioning that it was the first AW conference in the Americas, which paved the way for immense partnership opportunities for all parties and long-lasting collaborations that were previously out of reach. But let’s take things one step at a time.
The geography of conversations
Wherever you go with digital marketing conversations, there’s always a global agenda in mind. Though our industry does permeate each GEO around the world, this time, the conversations mainly revolved around the US and LATAM markets. This was a good thing, as it let us delve into the needs of these markets and see the direction in which we have to adjust to meet them. So, let’s talk about what we discovered.
Key takeaways from AW Cancun
The main interest of affiliate marketers lay in receiving quality CPA traffic for Finance, Nutra, and Entertainment offers. These are the verticals we all have to pay attention to when we scale to the US and LATAM. Moreover, everyone we talked to was not only looking for what works best according to their experience, but also seeking new ways, approaches, and ad formats to enhance their performance and make the most of the traffic they get.
Speaking of new approaches, what piqued our new partners’ interest most was our Direct Click format and the relevance of the audience thanks to the IAB targeting feature, which helps organize and classify traffic by intent. We won’t get into the details of this format and IAB content categories, but if you haven’t heard about them and are eager to learn more, head over to our blog to find out what makes Direct Click stand out and how IAB targeting can save you time and money. And we keep rolling.
Insights from our partners

And there’s more to come
Though we had a great time in Cancun and, as we mentioned earlier, still have plenty to follow up on in the aftermath, we’re already looking forward to taking part in the next AW event, AW Asia, which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 9–10, 2026.
If you want to talk to our team and discuss the opportunities and strategies we offer, please book a meeting in advance, as our schedule is often full during such events. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on upcoming meeting opportunities, and let’s keep in touch. We have a lot more to share!
