Learn what's new on RollerAds new full-cycle ad platform, including its main features, domain parking, and built-in affiliate network.

Inside the new RollerAds: An interview with our Product Owner

In summer 2026, RollerAds moved to a new full-cycle platform. Campaigns, Sites, and Offers now share one account, and a lot of the daily routine has changed with them. Offers open as pre-filled campaigns. Publishers can park domains and list them for sale. And whatever users earn can go straight back into traffic.

We sat down with Anastasia, the product owner behind the platform, to talk through what changed for advertisers and publishers, and what the open beta taught the team. Watch the video or read the full conversation below.

The video interview

The full conversation

Q: Anastasia, welcome! For anyone who doesn’t know what a product owner does, what’s your role at RollerAds?

Anastasia: A bit of everything, really. I talk to clients and colleagues, figure out their pain points and wishes, and then work out how we can bring that to life on the platform.

Why “full-cycle”

Q: The new RollerAds is called a full-cycle platform. What stands behind that?

Anastasia: It’s worth explaining what RollerAds looked like before. We’ve worked with advertisers and publishers for years, offering both traffic buying and monetization, but those lived in separate accounts. Even if you worked in a hybrid model, you needed two different logins. On top of that, we now have an affiliate network built into the platform.

Now all of that is available under one login. No jumping between platforms, and everything’s fast and simple.

You don’t have to switch on everything at once. Each workspace has its own balance, and you add one when you need it. Our launch overview of the full-cycle platform shows how Campaigns, Sites, and Offers fit together.

Offers that open as ready-made campaigns

Q: The platform now has a built-in affiliate network. Apart from saving time on switching, what else does it give users?

Anastasia: For one, as I’ve already said, you don’t have to go far anymore to find a good offer. We’ve got a huge range, more than 300, both partner offers and in-house ones that are owned and optimized by our team.

And beyond the big catalog, users can now launch an offer on RollerAds traffic really quickly. Just pick the offer you like, open the pre-filled campaign, make a couple of edits, and you’re good to go.

Q: Can you expand the pre-filled settings? Say, add more GEOs than the offer lists?

Anastasia: No, you can’t expand the targeting beyond what the offer allows. But you can make your campaign narrower and more precise by ruling out pre-filled targetings and settings. For example, if my offer says I can work with the US and Australia, I can go for the US only and add city targeting, like New York and Chicago.

Q: So one click doesn’t make a campaign live. It opens a pre-filled setup and saves you the routine?

Anastasia: Exactly.

What changed for advertisers

Q: Advertisers are the audience we’ve worked with the longest. How did their flow change compared with the previous platform?

Anastasia: Functionality-wise, it’s stayed pretty much the same, but the UI is so much nicer and easier to use. We’re also putting more focus on new settings and targeting options. For example, the new platform has targeting by IAB categories for the Direct Click format, which the old platform never had.

Q: What is IAB targeting, and why should advertisers use it?

Anastasia: IAB stands for Interactive Advertising Bureau, which created a global taxonomy for grouping web content by topic. Whenever a new website joins our platform, we assign it a content category, such as Hobbies & Interests, Sports, or Health & Fitness.

So it becomes easier to reach the relevant audience. What’s even more important, it saves time and money on optimization. Instead of sifting through zones one by one, you simply exclude underperforming categories as a whole, and each of them can contain hundreds or thousands of zones.

Q: That sounds especially handy on big tests, like a RON test.

Anastasia: For sure.

Here’s what that looks like on a real campaign. In our IAB targeting case study, an eight-day RON test of two VPN offers on iOS traffic ended with a 26.23% ROI after weak categories, zones, and feeds were switched off.

Sites and domain parking

Q: What about Sites? What should publishers know about this workspace and its main changes?

Anastasia: The big change here is a completely new domain parking feature. You can add your domains to our system in just a couple of clicks and start monetizing them. Right now, you can park domains via nameservers or CNAME.

Alongside monetization, we also offer a domain-selling service. Just list the domain you’d like to sell, and we’ll let anyone who lands on it know it’s up for sale.

And if you have a big portfolio, you can not only upload it in bulk but also add tags to group your domains. That way you see detailed statistics for each group and can make better decisions.

A listed domain keeps earning while it waits for a buyer. The domain sales guide shows how to list and remove domains and what visitors see in the meantime. Still comparing parking platforms? Our practical checklist goes through what to compare before you move a portfolio.

Money transfers and the mobile version

Q: At the start, you described a full-cycle flow. Are there other features that connect the workspaces?

Anastasia: Yes, there are. Seamless money transfers between your balances.

Q: Between all of them? Are there any restrictions or a minimum amount?

Anastasia: Anything you earn from offers or from site monetization, you can easily reinvest into campaigns and traffic buying. The minimum transfer amount is $50, and there’s no commission fee.

Q: So there’s no need to withdraw the money first and then top up your account again.

Anastasia: Right. And I almost forgot: when we were designing the new platform, we also focused on the mobile and tablet versions. This industry is mostly a desktop game, but we did everything we could so users can handle all the important actions from a screen of any size.

Feedback and what’s next

Q: It seems like everything has become simpler to use. Where do you draw inspiration and ideas from?

Anastasia: The market moves and evolves so fast that just having cool features isn’t enough anymore. Users spend a lot of time inside the platform, and we’re trying to make that experience as smooth as possible.

As for ideas and inspiration, none of this would’ve happened without feedback from our clients, so thank you for that. I especially want to highlight everyone who took part in the open beta, because that’s what let us move from the old platform to the new one so easily.

Your idea could be the next one on the platform. Share it through the feedback form, whether you’ve used RollerAds since the beta or you’re trying it for the first time.

Q: I know you have plans for the near future. Can you lift the veil on what’s coming next?

Anastasia: Like I said, the market moves fast, and I don’t want to spoil anything ahead of time. So follow RollerAds on social media and keep an eye out for updates.

Quick round

Q: So you’re leaving us hanging! To wrap up, a few quick questions. Yes or no, if you can. Can a good UI save a bad day?

Anastasia: Hmm. A good UI is the kind you barely notice, but a bad one can definitely ruin even the best day.

Q: Do developers always agree with your ideas?

Anastasia: Of course not. But since when has that stopped anyone?

Q: Do product owners secretly enjoy saying “We’ll add it to the backlog”?

Anastasia: Haha, that might already be my favorite passive-aggressive phrase. Kidding! Even if something’s been sitting in the backlog for a while, it doesn’t mean we don’t need it. We’re just figuring out with the team the most effective way to do it.
